Simple, Juicy, Pan Fried Lamb Meatballs

Lamb Meatball Recipe

Serving Size:
4
Time:
30 minutes
Difficulty:
Easy

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground lamb
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Oil of choice for pan frying (I recommend avocado oil)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the oil. Using a large cookie scoop, divide and shape the mixture into meatballs. I suggest making them medium meatball size, and you will end up with approximately 12-15 meatballs.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium to medium-high heat. Add the meatballs, being sure not to crowd them. You will need to do 2-3 batches. Turn the meatballs every 2 minutes until they are browned all over and cooked through, approximately 7 minutes. Remove from pan and serve warm. Enjoy!
