This easy short rib marinade is perfect for meal prep. I like to make it ahead of time, toss the ribs in the freezer, and pull them out when we need a no-stress dinner. It saved me on a recent camping trip—we grilled these up with my extended family, and they were gone fast. (Everyone wanted seconds).
If you need a simple, flavorful grilling recipe that works at home or while camping, this one is a keeper.
